What is an online research panel?

An online research panel is a community of individuals who have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics.

What information is required to become a panel member?

You need to complete an initial questionnaire called the member profile survey. This includes your basic contact information, gender and age and it will also ask you several questions about your financial preferences. The questions included in the member profile survey helps us to make your community experience relevant to you.

Can anyone join this panel?

No. This community is only for Canadian TD customers that reside outside of Quebec.

What topics will the discussions and surveys cover?

The surveys will cover a variety of topics about TD such as what you love, what you don’t like, what we should change and what we should keep doing. We will also ask your feedback and opinions on our services and products.

What prizes or incentives are available for being a member of the panel?

We may offer contests where you are entered when you complete a survey. Click here for full Contest Rules.

What do I do if I do not get my prize?

If it has been 8 weeks since you submitted your prize claim form and you still have not received your prize, you can contact support at support@tdadvisorypanel.ca

How do I participate in discussions and surveys?

As a TD Advisory Panel member, there are two ways you can participate. You can go to www.tdadvisorypanel.ca and log in to look at what new activities are waiting for you AND to help you out we may send you emails when you have a new discussion and survey waiting. These email invites will ask you to participate in discussions and surveys that we think you’ll be interested in, based on the information you provided during registration. Invitations may include the topic of the study, the reward or incentive we are offering and instructions on how to access the study through the community. You are never obligated to participate and can remove yourself from the panel and email list at any time.
